Lombardy’s Life Sciences Cluster has identified three main areas in response to some of the needs identified by a study carried out by Bain & Company (Industry experts interviews; Bain Analysis):
Research and Open Innovation
Support R&I capabilities of Lombardy’s public and private ecosystem, promote Lombardy as a pole of excellence in research and innovation, favour technology transfer and provide a point of contact between business and research.
Represent the interests and requests of Lombardy’s life sciences sector with the regional and national government and help define development guidelines for regional, national and European strategies in this sector.
Experience Sharing & Community
Favour an exchange of knowledge and know-how on R&I, strengthen development of the life sciences community in Lombardy.
Promote visibility of Lombardy’s life sciences at national and international level.
